Derek Cease

Former four-year Penn State University baseball player. I grew up in Pennsylvania and played baseball my entire life, eventually earning the opportunity to compete at the Division I level.

During my time at Penn State, I developed as both a hitter and a strong defensive infielder, competing against some of the best players and programs in college baseball. My experience taught me the importance of hard work, preparation, confidence, and having the right mindset.

I’m excited to bring my experience to Top Level and help young players improve their skills, become better defenders, build confidence, and reach their full potential on and off the field.
