With unlimited weekly access, you can book as many sessions as you need through our Book Your Class page – making it easy to stay consistent, stay accountable, and keep progressing.

Pitching & Strength Program

Take your game to the next level with a program built around you. Our Pitching & Strength Program combines cutting-edge assessment tools, advanced training methods, and individualized programming to help every athlete reach peak performance.

This monthly recurring program is tailored to match your goals — whether it’s building velocity, refining your pitch arsenal with Trackman data, improving pitchability, gaining lean muscle, or developing explosive power. Every plan is designed to transfer directly to on-field results.

Strength (Arm Care +) Program

Our Strength (Arm Care +) Program is designed to build the foundation every player needs — strength, mobility, conditioning, and recovery — while providing individualized support to maximize performance and reduce injury risk.

This monthly recurring program is fully customized to the athlete’s age, training history, season timing, and assessment results. Every plan is crafted to target not only raw strength and explosiveness but also long-term arm health and whole-body balance.
